ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

1. Remove all parts and tools from packaging and check to make sure everything is
present. You should have the following: Scooter, handlebar assembly, front wheel with
bearings, downpipe with height-adjuster, front axle bolt, lock washer, small bolt, and 2
different hex keys.
2. With scooter on its side, position front wheel into place between front fork. Align the
holes in the fork with the hole in the center of the front wheel and slide front axle bolt
through aligned holes.

3. Flip scooter to opposite side. Inspect threaded end of front axle bolt and ensure that it
has cleared both holes in the fork before moving on to next steps.
4. Install lock washer on small bolt.
