2. When the internal battery in the Control Module is fully
charged the LED will turn from RED to GREEN.
Replacing the battery in the Control Module
1. If after fully charging the Control Module, the RSM will not
keep powered through out the day, the internal battery in
the Control Module may need to be replaced.
2. To replace the internal battery, remove the belt clip on
the Control Module by pressing down the metal clip lever
under the belt clip and slide the belt clip out.
3. Remove the 2 silver screws holding the back of the
Control Module in place and remove the back.
4. Unplug the battery and replace with a new battery
available from AdvanceTec (Part # AT8416A).
WARNING
Do not replace the internal battery in the Control Module with
any battery other than Part # AT8416A from AdvanceTec. Any
other battery may cause harm to the Control Module's
electronics and could be a fire hazard
