1. No Power
Please reinsert and make sure the
AC of 100-240 is normal
U702 Pin 2=3.3V,U705 Pin 2=3.3V.
No power
Press power key and look if the
picture is normal

Measure U701 Pin 2=3.3V,
OK NG
Check if X401,X402 oscillate
waveforms are normal

Replace U401

power section
