  • Page 4 Kit Installation 1. Vehicle Preparation Fig.1 i) Loosely install rubberized clamps onto rollcage at approximate locations shown in (Fig.1). Ensure tabs are pointing towards the interior of the vehicle on the (6) windshield panel clamps. (Fig.2) Fig.2 Fig.3 ii) Temporarily install windshield panel onto vehicle;...
  • Page 5 2. Installation iii) Adhere high density foam gasket Fig.4 to top portion of hood using marker line as centerline guide to ensure windshield panel will sit squarely onto foam after installation. If desired, install small edge trim to side edges of windshield panel and cut to suit.
  • Page 6 vii) Align roof clamps front to rear Fig.7 and provide equal spacing about vehicle centerline. Transfer clamp holes to roof panel using a 3/16” drill bit. (Fig. 7) viii) Fasten roof panel to rollcage Fig.8 Screw using (4) #10-32 screws, washer and nyloc nuts.
