– Please read all instructions before proceeding –
Initial Assembly
To facilitate in the shipment of your pressure
washer, some items require minor assembly.
Refer to the Initial Assembly sheet included for
instructions.
Lubrication
Prior to initial operation ensure that the oil level of
the pump is to the halfway mark of the oil gauge
window. Do not overfill. Use only Magikist high
pressure pump oil or equivalent non-foaming, non-
detergent, 40 weight #1 compressor oil. Do not
use automotive, transmission, or hydraulic oils, or
brake fluid.
Motor Voltage
Ensure that your power supply matches that of the
pressure washer. Do not use any other circuit
unless the motor is rewired by a licensed
electrician. If the pressure washer is unwired, a
Startup Procedure
Ensure that the oil level of the pump is to the
halfway mark of the oil gauge window as
described under Setup.
Attach the water supply hose to the water inlet
connection and turn the water on. Leave the water
supply turned on.

Water Inlet Connection
The water inlet connection is a 3/4" female hose
coupling located on the front right side of the
water tank. It is connected to a float assembly
which automatically maintains the correct water
level in the water reservoir.
Attach your water supply hose to the water inlet
connection and turn the water on. Leave the water
supply turned on. Ensure that your water supply is
of adequate capacity such that the water reservoir
does not run empty.
Do not disconnect the suction line between the
pump and the water reservoir and feed the pump
directly without the use of a pressure reducing
valve to reduce inlet pressure to 20 PSI.
Ensure that the power switch for the electric motor
is in the OFF position. Connect the electric motor
to the power supply.
Grasp the trigger gun firmly and turn the power
switch for the electric motor to the ON position.
Pull back on the trigger of the spray gun to spray.
If after a short while only a trickle of water is
coming out the the spray nozzle or if the water is
spurting out, you may need to purge air from the
pump. See the subsection Purging Air for
instructions on purging air from the pump.
