Please note that the rechargeable battery inside the Hearing Aid should only be
removed and/or replaced by Hearing Assist, LLC. Attempting to self service any
part of the Hearing Aid or case will void the warranty.
AC Adaptor Input
• When the battery is low on the Hearing Aid, an audible sound will alert the user that
the battery is low and needs to be charged.
• A full charge takes about 7-12 hours, and will allow for up to 6-10 hours of usage.
• The rechargeable battery is designed to last for at least 500 recharge cycles.
Afterwards, the battery will need to be serviced and/or the Hearing Aid replaced. With
proper care, the battery can last for up to and beyond 1000 charge cycles.
• To extend usage life of the battery, keep the Bionic Hearing Aid in its case and charging
when not in use.
• Do not turn the volume on the Hearing Aid all the way down or off prior to recharging.
Doing so will turn the Hearing Aid off and prevent it from charging.
• The AAA batteries supplied with the charging case are not rechargeable and
can be replaced with standard AAA batteries.

the aid towards the charging case cover.
4. Insert batteries or plug in the AC Adaptor.
5. Ensure that the night light is on and

position, lying in the case. Consult the
indicator light status below to confirm
that the hearing aid is charging correctly.

The Ear Cap is disposable.
If the Ear Cap can no longer be properly cleaned, or if it has any tears
or damage, then it is time to replace the ear cap.
Remove the old Ear Cap.
Turn up the rim of the new Ear Cap.
Insert new Ear Cap on Hearing Aid. Turn the rim of the new Ear Cap down.
