Installation Procedure Firstly DO NOT connect the USB modem before installing the drivers otherwise it will not install properly. Put the CD-ROM supplied into the CD-ROM drive, the CD should auto start, if it does not go to start > My Computer >... - Page 4 NOTE: this licence must be accepted to continue with the installation. Next you will need to selected where the files will be stored the default is C:\Program files\speed touch. NOTE: You can select another destination if you wish. Once done click next.

Now the driver is installed, click finish. NOTE: If this is a reinstallation or repair of the drivers you will now need to restart the PC, the first time you have installed the driver you will not need to do this. Modem Installation Connect the ADSL filter to your BT phone socket as if a normal phone. - Page 6 Setting up connection to Datanet Double click the icon on the desktop SpeedTouch When the dialog appears asking for your user name and password please enter the user name and password provided by Datanet for you account. NOTE: You may want to tick the box marked remember password for ease of use, or leave un-ticked for extra security.
