    Engine Caution! Please follow the engine manufacturer’s detailed operating manual! Drive gearbox Check the drive gearbox oil level each time before putting into operation and after every 8 hours of operation – dipstick and oil filling aperture. The oil level must be between the two marks on the dipstick when the tractor is in a horizontal position.

    Driving wheels The tyre pressures must be checked regularly– see ‘Technical data’. In particular, it must be ensured that the tyre pressures of both wheels are equal in order to guar- antee effortless driving. In the case of new wheels or a new 2-wheel tractor, the wheel bolts or nuts must be checked and if necessary retightened to 100 Nm after the first two hours of operation.

    Appendix Lubricants / adhesives Use the prescribed lubricants for the gearbox (see ‘Technical data’). We recommend the use of anti-corrosion agents to conserve the machine and devices. Do not use these on painted outer claddings. Anti-corrosion agents can be applied using a brush or a spray device. When applying adhesives (for the locking of screws) and sealing compounds, both adhesive and sealing surfaces must be clean and free of grease.
