- Page 2 Plug the transformer to AC 120 or 220V outlet, press the power button to turn on the scale. Press the mode button to select your desired unit of weight Insert the correct size paper lter in the pour-over cone lter, than put the lter on the scale. Bonavita recommends Melitta paper lters.
