14.3. FAQ:
Solutions to SIM card problem:
1) Make sure the SIM card you buy is "MICRO SIM CARD", with size
of
(15*12mm
standard).
It
must
support
GSM
850/900/1800/1900MHz.
2) Try to insert the SIM card into a regular cell phone and test if
the card works normally.
3) Try to use a forceps to push the SIM card inwards to help the
card completely position in the slot after inserting SIM card into
the phone. The accessories in a 3202-b box actually include a
forceps. Sometimes this kind of problem is caused by poor
positioning of the cards. If pushing the card by using pen-point,
turn on the power again and it works.
4) The watch must be off before placing the SIM card inside the
watch. If it is placed in the watch while watch is on it will not
detect the SIM card or any text commands.
5) Listen to the indication carefully after you turn on watch phone.
If the watch phone indicates "Please check the SIM card", it means
that the card is not plugged properly.
Solutions to the GPS position problem :
1) The watch should be in outdoor to receive GPS signal for
location positioning.
2) It will take about 5 minutes to activate GPS function in the first
time.
Solutions to the charging problem :
1) Use a normal phone power adapter for charging. Or connect
the watch phone to a PC for charging. If these ways work, it means
that is the power adatper damaged. Contact with your seller for a
new one.
2) Use another USB cable for charging. If this way works, it means
that is USB cable damaged. Contact with your seller for a new one.
3) If you check both power adapter and USB cable are without
problem, the watch still can't be turned on after charging more
than half a hour, it means the watch is damaged. Contact with
your seller for maintenance or replacement.
