Your telephone is designed to give you flexibility in use and high quality performance. To get the most from your new telephone, we suggest that you take a few minutes to read through this instruction manual to familiarize yourself with all the features of the product.

INSTALLATION 1. Plug one end of the line cord into the connector marked “line” on the base of the telephone and the other end into the wall socket. 2. Plug one end of the curly cord into the handset and the other end into the handset connector on the side of the telephone base. - Page 6 Pre-dialing function 1. Without lifting the handset, dial the desired number using the numerical dial pad. 2. If a digit was entered incorrectly, use the DEL key to delete the digit. 3. Press the key or pick up the handset for the number to be dialed automatically. Redial Pick up the handset or press the key.

Press the DEL key to erase the LCD displays the next number. NOTE: Press the DEL key for 3 seconds, all the outgoing call numbers will be erased.

In on-hook state, press the SET key and then press ▲ key five times, the LCD displays SET 6 ALAR 2. Press the SET key to confirm, the LCD displays ALAR OFF, press ▲ or ▼ key to select ON or OFF. 3.
- Page 9 LCD BLUE BACKLIGHT FUNCTION The backlight will be turned on upon receipt of an incoming call, dialing, pressing any key or in music on hold state, etc. The backlight will disappear if the telephone is left idle for more than 6 seconds. NOTE: In order for this feature to operate, batteries must be installed in the battery compartment.
