You cannot turn Lone Worker off. Lone Worker Activated When Lone Worker is initiated on your ChekOne device a count down timer will be displayed beside Lone Worker on the Home screen. Lone Worker timers are set by the system administrator to 60, 30 or 15 minutes. Timer will count down when there is no scanning activity.

How to Charge Your ChekOne Device The charging port is located on the bottom end of the ChekOne device. Always use ChekOne Original™ battery chargers. The device warranty does not cover damage caused from using non-ChekOne battery chargers. Maintain the ChekOne at or near room temperature when charging.
How To Reset your ChekOne Device If your ChekOne device is not transmitting (a series of green bars in the Information Panel) you need to do a soft reset of the device. If your device becomes frozen on a single display, error message, or power up, you need to do a hard reset.
