CO Alarms have limitations like any other electronic
device, CO Alarms are not fool-proof.

4. Warranty and Service

Limited Warranty:
Dellcos Corp. ("Dellcos") warrants to the original
purchaser that the enclosed CO Alarm will be free
from defects in material and workmanship or design
under normal use and service for a period of five
years from the date of purchase. The obligation of
Dellcos under this warranty is limited to repairing or
replacing the CO Alarm or any part which we find to
be defective in material, workmanship or design,
free of charge to the customer.
This warranty shall not apply to the CO Alarm if it
has been damaged, modified, abused or altered
after the date of purchase or if it fails to operate due
to improper maintenance or inadequate A.C. or
D.C. electrical power. Further, this warranty does
not cover acts of God, such as fire, flood,
hurricanes and tornados.
Dellcos shall not be liable for any incidental or
consequential damages caused by the breach of
any express or implied warranty. Except to the
extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied
warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose is limited in duration to the duration of this
warranty.
