AC cords enclosed in this product are for 110V or 220V. If any liquid or solid objects fall inside the cabinet, unplug the set immediately and have it checked by qualified service personnel before operating it again. Never add any attachments and/or equipments without approval of the manufacturer. Such additions can increase the risk of fire, electric shock, or other personal injury. Important Warnings and Safety Precautions Read instructions‐ all the safety and operating instructions should be read before the product is operated. Keep the safety and operating instructions for future reference. INTRODUCTION Product Description FP‐1921 is an Advertizing Display that incorporates the LCD Screen with a DMP‐3 Media Player to play back HD image JPEG files as well as video files by scaler for video up conversion for 1080i quality. Product Features HD component output for 720p/1080i JPEG display. Scaler for video up‐conversion to 720p/1080i. MPEG‐4 simple profile video support. Support file format: Ware, AAC, MP3, WMA, BMP, TIFF, PNG, GIG JPEG, Progressive JPEG, Motion JPEG, MPEG‐1, MPEG‐2, MPEG‐4. Built‐in remote receiver, easy operation. Firmware can by upgraded by using flash memory card. NTSC/PAL encode with three video DACs for composite, YPbPr and RGB video output. Power‐on play: automatically play. 5. APPENDIX Troubleshooting Please use the following table to resolve the most common possible causes of the problem before calling service personnel. A minor adjustment may eliminate the problem and restore your TV reception. Symptom Corrective Actions Check that power is turned on. Adjust brightness and contrast. No picture screen Check input signal of TFT‐LCD. Check the power connection to the unit with screen. Check Main Display selection. Check that Video cable is plugged in. Picture is not clear Refer to the Picture Adjustments Menu in the OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS. The power could be failing, try connecting the unit to another power outlet. Move unit a way from the magnetic equipment, such as Wireless Receiver, AC Image is fuzzy Transformer, …etc. Refer to the Picture Adjustment Procedure Menu in the OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS. Colors are distorted Check that the Video cable is plugged in securely. Check Video input range (V‐sync：Max. 75Hz, H‐sync：Max.48.08KHz) Screen bounces or has wavy oscillations Make sure Video cable connections are secure. Check speaker line connections. No sound Sound might be muted, try adjusting the volume. Check audio wire connections with source device. Only one speaker operates Check the unit’s speaker wires are securely connected.
