ASSEMBLY OF FRONT WHEEL TOOLS REQUIRED 15mm open wrench, 15mm socket wrench or an adjustable wrench. 1. Align front wheel assembly so that the disc brake rotor is on the same side as the disc brake caliper mounted to the front fork.
Do not touch the disc when it is hot! The brake pads in the brake caliper assembly is easily replaceable when they wear out. In- quire about parts with your local Viza dealer. There is a gap adjustment knob located on the tire side of the brake caliper unit.

QR lever and adjust the QR fixing nut until the QR tightens tightly with the lever in the fully closed position while still al- lowing the hinge to be folded. KICK-STAND Make sure to correctly fold kick stand in before riding your Viza scooter.
• Use guage bottle to measure proper oil mixture. • For a perfect mix every time, use Viza oil packets available at your Viza dealer. STARTING THE ENGINE 1. To start a cold engine, move the choke lever to the CLOSED position.
NEW ENGINE BREAK-IN PERIOD The engine on your new Viza™ scooter must be gradually broken-in to assure engine longevity. For the first 2 hours of use (or 1 gas tank of fuel), do not accelerate abruptly or operate at high engine speeds. Vary the throttle input up and down while riding to correctly break-in your engine.

STORAGE PROCEDURE If you plan to not use your Viza™ scooter for more than a month, it is advisable that you perform the following procedures: • Empty the fuel tank and start engine to completely remove all gasoline. • Remove spark plug and inject a small amount of engine oil (4-5 drops) through spark plug hole and pull starting handle 2-3 times.
