Operation Switching on or off Switches on the instrument and 测量 MEASURE laser. The display shows the battery symbol until the next button is pressed. Pressing this button for longer 清除 CLEAR 关机 switches the instrument off. The instrument switches off automatically after 3 minutes of inactivity.

Level Gauge button ( pressed long ), you are in the 设置 MENU .Then press this button again and MENU again till the menu item "LEVEL" is displayed. You could press 设置 MENU button to choose the level gauge on or off.
