Note: The customer's Subnet Mask and Gateway information can be located in the following places:
Legacy EQ can get this information from the D001 line of the service order.

Legacy Embarq & Converted states in Leg EQ areas follow the process below for DHCP
When the VCs display click "Edit"
on the first connection.
MARTENS does not have the ability to house gateway and subnet mask information.
The process is now for customer service agents to copy and paste this information in
the order remarks.
If this information is not provided within remarks, save yourself a phone call into
assignment and look it up yourself via the Static IP Look-up Tool.
