  • Page 5 Slide the top half of the mount into the dovetail of the base, and use the thumb screw to hold the mount in the desired front-back position. Slide your Sony or Panasonic viewfi nder onto the front plate and tighten the thumb nut to secure it in place.
  • Page 6 When using a black-and-white viewfi nder, connect the Lemo-8 side of the supplied “Y” cable (AB-PROVFM-F3191) to the input on the back of the signal box. Connect the BNC end to the camera’s Video Output and the P-Tap end to the battery mount’s P-Tap socket.
  • Page 7 When using a color viewfi nder, connect the Lemo-8 regulated 12v DC power. side of the supplied cable (AB-PROVFM-F3190) to the input on the back of the signal box. Connect the BNCs labeled Y, Pb and Pr to Y, B-Y, and R-Y on the Blackmagic Design SDI to Analog converter (or equivalent converter).

    Warranty AbelCine warrants the ProVFM Viewfinder Mount Kit to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. AbelCine will pay shipping via UPS Ground within the United States to return the unit after repairs.
