Selecting an element
Using your fingertip, briefly tap the desired live tile or an input area in order to
open it.
Moving the display
To move the display, place your finger on an area of the touch screen and drag
the screen in the desired direction. The display follows your movements. If you
slide your finger to the left, you reach the page to the right of the Start screen.

Moving a live tile
a)
Place your finger on the live tile you want to move and hold down the tile
until it appears highlighted.
b) Drag the live tile to where you want it to be and release it.
c)
Briefly tap the live tile to fix it into place.
