It is secured to a wooden skid by high-tensile strength plastic strapping and wrapped by machine applied stretch-wrap.     GBF-Series Fryers Fryer Operation 5.02 Cooking Procedure This section describes procedures for cooking product on the GBF Series Fryer. Except when performing the oil filtration procedure, keep the “OIL RETURN WARNING VALVE” in the lower cabinet set to the CLOSE position. If this valve is left in the FILL POT position, it is possible for oil to unintentionally siphon back into the Filter Pan, resulting in a low oil condition in the vat.

    Cleaning GBF-Series Fryers 6. Cleaning This section describes cleaning procedures for GBF Series Fryers. Giles recommends that general cleaning and Filter Pan cleaning be performed on a daily basis, at a minimum. DANGER • DO NOT wash down the unit’s interior or exterior with water from a spray hose or any pressure- type washer.
