Steel or cast iron, enameled iron, magnetic stainless steel,
flat-bottom pots or pans with diameters between 4¾" (12
cm) and 10¼" (26 cm).
Non-Usable Pans
Heat-resistant glass, ceramic, copper, aluminum, rounded-
bottom pans and pots with bottoms measuring less than
4¾" (12 cm).
