Fill one cup of white vinegar (about 200ml) to the basin for about 15 minutes, and then wipe off the scale in the basin especially in the transducer with a soft brush. Turn the water tank upside down and unscrew the water tank cap. The filter cartridge is attached to the inside of the cap. Remove the old filter cartridge.
