OPERACIÓN DE CORRIENTE ALTERNA Antes de encender la unidad asegúrese de ajustar el voltaje de suministro de energía correcto, de lo contrario puede ocasionar una sobrecarga y averiar la unidad. AC OPERATION Before switching on make sure that the voltage of your electricity supply is the same as that indicated on the rating plate. Connecting to other power sources may damage the unit. Connect the plug to the AC socket of the unit and the other end to a standard AC outlet. Attention 1. - Page 13 Recording From Radio Set the Function Switch to RADIO position. Tune to desired radio program as described in the ‘Radio Operation’ section. Insert a blank cassette tape into the Cassette Compartment. Press the Record button and the Play button simultaneously to start recording. With the built-in Automatic Level Control (ALC), the best recording quality is automatically adjusted.
- Page 14 Playing MP3 Discs Set the Function Switch to CD/USB position. Press the CD/USB button to select the CD mode, compact disc icon will appear on the LCD display. Insert a MP3 disc into the CD Compartment and close the door, the unit will start reading the disc, it will show the total number of songs of the entire disc after reading.
- Page 15 STEREO HEADPHONE JACK For private listening, insert the plug of a stereo headphone into the Stereo Headphone Jack and adjust the Volume Control knob accordingly. During the use of a headphone, the speakers are automatically disconnected. AUX/MP3-IN CONNECTION Insert the audio cable into the Line Out Jack or Phones Jack on your MP3 Player/iPod. Another ends inserts into the corresponding AUX/MP3-IN Input Jack on your main unit.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE Precautions Always turn off the unit after use. Keep the unit away from magnetic objects, water or heat sources. Use a clean soft cloth moistened with lukewarm water to clean the cabinet. Never use chemical cleaners that could damage the finish of the unit.
