• Shows time and day • Displays stopwatch
of the week and split times
If the screen is blank remove the insulation tape from the battery door to activate the unit.

C. TIMES 1 SET UP
Set the time and date
1. In TIME mode press the MODE button three times,
Tuesday (TU), on the top of the screen should be flashing.
2. Select the data to be changed with the LAP/RESET button.
3. It will first start with the second, use the START/STOP
button to change.
4. When the desired data is found press the LAP/RESET
button to move to the next setting.
The data is entered in the following order:
Seconds C Minutes C Hours C Date C Month C Weekday
Note: When setting the hour go through a full cycle (continue
to press the START/STOP button) to reach 24 hour clock and
the alarm setting will then be in the 24 hour clock as well.
When the desired data has been entered press the MODE
button. To view the date from the time screen press the
START/STOP button.
