Cause and remedial action
● Follow the steps below to delete the temporary Internet files
(Cache).
[When using Windows]
A In Internet Explorer, select [Tools]  [Internet Options].
B Click the [General] tab, and click the [Delete...] button in
"Browsing history".
C In the [Delete Browsing History] dialog box, set the check box of
[Temporary Internet files] to ON, and click the [Delete] button.
D Click the [OK] button.
[When using Mac]
A In Safari, select [Safari]  [Empty Cache...].
B Click the [Empty] button in "Are you sure you want to empty the
cache?" pop-up.
● Reset the Wi-Fi by taking the following steps.
[When using a mobile terminal (iOS)]
Select [Settings] icon  [General]  [Reset].
Execute [Reset Network Settings], and then establish the new
Wi-Fi setting.
● The unit's ports may be filtered by the firewall or other function of
the anti-virus software.
 Change the HTTP port number of the unit to a port number which
will not be filtered.
● Convergence of transmission lines or some other factor may be
making it impossible for the video information to be transmitted
properly, causing the images to break up.
 Consult with the network administrator.
● Is the power-saving function of the mobile terminal set to ON?
 Turn the power-saving function of the mobile terminal OFF so that
images are displayed at all times.
● Has "Disable" been selected for "Tally"?
 When "Disable" is selected for "Tally", the camera's tally lamp will
be off. Change the setting to "Enable".
