MGI SUPERLITE SL300 AND MGI SUPERLITE SL500 Congratulations on the purchase of your MGI motorised buggy. MGI is the world leader in motorised golf buggy technology and we welcome you as one of our customers. To ensure you enjoy trouble free operation throughout the life of the buggy, it is important that you adhere to the instructions for use and care, particularly the battery and the charger.

Superlite SL300 uses a free wheeling system and drive will only occur when the speed control is turned on. As the Superlite SL300 is a free wheeling buggy, it can be pushed at any time without the buggy being turned on.

Sand Bucket Loop If your buggy comes with a sand bucket loop place this is in position at the rear of the buggy. Securing your Golf Bag Secure your golf bag to the buggy using both straps. The bottom strap should not be removed from its position and can be pulled over the bag by holding the webbed section of the strap and pulling it over the base of the golf bag.

Positioning the Seat MOST IMPORTANT: DEPRESS THE SEAT WITH YOUR HAND BEFORE SITTING. DO NOT USE THE SEAT ON UNEVEN SURFACES. WARRANTY IS VOID WHERE THE SEAT IS BENT Place the seat stem into its position and then the seat onto the stem. The seat should be placed so that the lid can be opened towards the golf bag Assembling the Umbrella Holder Your buggy comes with an umbrella holder.

The Front Wheel and Suspension System: Your buggy has a unique front wheel system. The front wheel assembly can be either locked or unlocked. To lock or unlock simply lift or release the latch as depicted in the photos below. In an unlocked situation, the front wheel can swivel 360 degrees.

Maintenance of Your MGI Motorised Buggy: 1. Buggy. Your MGI buggy is like a car. To give you years of good golfing, it does require some care and attention. Your buggy has a number of nuts and bolts. Each month they should be checked and tightened when necessary.

If the golf buggy is considered by the customer to be faulty within the Warranty Period, it is to be returned to MGI or its nominated agent for testing, freight to be paid by the customer. If the golf Buggy, after testing, is determined to be defective under the terms set down by the manufacturer, it will be repaired at MGI’s cost.

If the battery is considered by the customer to be faulty within the Warranty Period, it is to be returned to MGI or its nominated agent for testing, freight paid by the customer. If the battery, after testing, is determined to be defective under the terms set down by the manufacturer, it will be replaced.

Is it important to register my purchase for warranty purposes? Answer: You should register your purchase as soon as possible with MGI. You can register on line or through the mail. The Serial number for your buggy is located on the underside of the rear of the buggy frame.
