By selective sliding system, shift gea r is slided by gea r shift fork to get adequate
reduct ion rat io by changing gear to be meshed, and by constant mcshing system,
each gear ca n be rotated freely always each -gear in meshing state, and ca n be
changed red uction ratio by actuating optional gear by means of special clutch.
