The main menu tree The main menu tree is the departing position for all following illustrations in these operating instructions and all settings for your pellet stove. Instructions on the individual submenus can be found on the following pages below the corresponding number in a circle from this illustration. The main menu tree can only be accessed when in advanced operating mode.
Changing the function mode To access this menu item the supplied Rüegg room temperature sensor must be connected. The menu item MODE allows switching between the function modes HEAT, ROOM and AUTO operation. Any other settings for the selected function mode will be made in different submenus which are described in separate illustrations.
Heating in AUTO mode (automatic operation) Heating based on pre-selected heating times and temperatures. Before the AUTO mode can be used the current time and date must be entered. For information on how to do that see page 166, section 3 “Setting time and date“. After the time has been set the heating times can be programmed.
Programming the heating times You may either program each day individually (DAY) or program the same times for the complete week in a superposed program level (WEEK).
