    INSTALLATION ON APPLE MAC COMPUTER NOTE: These instructions describe how to install My Valkee software into your Mac computer using Safari browser. If you encounter any problems when installing the software using one of the other supported browsers, please try to install the software using Safari instead.

MOZILLA FIREFOX: Open file dialog for My Valkee software installer (Valkee-1.0.0.exe) will open. Click Save File. If the Downloads window did not open automatically, open it by pressing CTRL+J.     My Valkee requires two components to work correctly, a browser plugin and a device driver. Both are usually installed automatically by the software installer Valkee-1.0.0.exe. This section describes how you can check if the plugin and the driver are working properly and how to try to fix possible problems.
