Pressure testing should only be conducted by trained pool/spa professionals. Chemical fumes and spills can weaken pool/spa equipment. Corrosion can cause pumps, filters and other equipment to fail, resulting in severe injury or property damage.

When the pressure gauge reading has risen by 50kPa it is recommended that the cartridge be cleaned. To do this, follow the procedure below.
