  • Page 4 Removing the Top Panel The top panel is held in place by 4 magnetic catches at each corner. Without any components installed in the case, simply push the top panel up with your hand via the I/O shield opening. If components are installed, the top panel can be pushed open using a screwdriver through the rear air vent slots.
  • Page 5 Installing the Motherboard Locate the I/O shield that is supplied with your motherboard and firmly push it in place. Ensure that it clicks in place fully otherwise the motherboard will be difficult to fit. Carefully lower the motherboard into the chassis, with the I/O port side leading so that the ports can fit into the I/O shield.
  • Page 6 Installing the HD and OD Drives With the cage out of the chassis, the slot loading optical drive an be mounted using 4 screws, 2 either side, and the 2.5" hard drive can be mounted vertically using 2 screws. Ensure that the HDD connectors are facing toward the back of the chassis.
  • Page 7 Replace the HDD/ODD Cage With the HDD/ODD attached, the cage can now be replaced into the chassis. Carefully lower the assembly ensuring cables are routed correctly and that the ODD eject button aligns and is held in place by the optical drive. The HDD/ODD cage can now be secured to the chassis using 7 screws in total, 4 at the bottom and 3 on top as shown in the diagram.
