Installation and Operation 4.1 Installation The appliance is designed for installation in the Professional livecookintable. The segment ridges must be inserted, set to the necessary spacing and tightened with the appropriate clamping screws. Use the appliance handles to insert the appliance safely in the opening in the table. -

§ It must be installed in such a way as to ensure electrical touch protection! 4.2 Operation The Hot Plate Smart is set and operated by the touch control panel mounted at the front. The four buttons serve for setting, quick selection of preset values as well as parameterisa- tion. - Page 11 Installation and Operating Instructions Hot Plate Smart As long as the Hot Plate Smart displays remaining heat above 40°C after switching off, the temperature display of the touch control panel flashes. Do not place meals directly on the surface. All meals should always be placed on the Hot Plate Smart in appropriate vessels.
