Choose a browser-enable PC on LAN where the Switch is located. It is recommended you use Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or later. Change the computer’s IP settings to conform to Switch’s default settings, if necessary. The default IP settings of SH2500 switch are as follows. After you log in, the configuration page will come up as below. Upon selecting any item from the list, a page with detail information on that item will come up. Port Status Click “Port Status”, all ports information will come up. - Page 7 Link Status – Indicates the link status of each port on/off. Speed –Indicates the speed of each port is 10 or 100 Mbps. Duplex –Indicates Half duplex or Full duplex connection on each port. Flow Control –Indicates Flow Control status of each port enable/disable. Port-Based VLAN Select Port-based VLAN item. Select a specific port from “Port Number” list. Select members from port 1-24 to form a Port-based VLAN with the specific port you select on Step 2. You may select or deselect the “Select All” checkbox to help you select members. Click “Apply”... -

VLAN/TOS Priority At “Port Config> TOS over VLAN Priority”, you can select the priority to be TOS or VLAN tag. You can further set the queue in this section. Select VLAN/TOS Priority item. Select the VLAN tag or TOS level and set it to be high or low queue. Both VLAN tag and TOS provide 8 priority levels from 0 to 7. -
