CUTTING OPERATION 1. Retract the Moving Blade fully by depressing the release button. Cutting Cutting Head Latch Head Latch Pin Secured 2. The Open Cutting Head can be opened to insert the material by removing the Cutting Head Latch Pin and pivoting the Cutting Head open (A). -
