WARRANTY POLICY PARTS ONLY – STANDARD REPLACEMENT POLICY For the first 12 months from the date of original purchase, in the event that a part believed to be under warranty fails, simply call Cleanmaster to obtain a Return Authorization, ship the part freight prepaid to Cleanmaster and, Cleanmaster will either repair or replace the part at no charge if it is determined that failure was a manufacturing defect. - Page 20 WARRANTY Cleanmaster warrants the Raptor Cleaning Machine against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. Cleanmaster, hereby, extends a limited three-year warranty on the polyethylene machine housing of the Raptor against cracking or leaking and a one-year warranty on the rest of the machine against manufacturing defect or workmanship subject to the terms and conditions that follow.
