Getting Started Turn on the E-Book reader Press and hold the [ ] button to turn on the E-Book reader, if the device with low battery, plug one end of the power adaptor into the DC socket in the E-Book reader, and the other into a wall outlet. Charging the battery The battery of the E-Book reader is charging automatically when the device is connected to the computer or connected to a wall outlet. When charging, the indicate lighter is red, and it will turn green after it full charged. -
