Enrolment - On First Power Up When you purchase the Biometric Reader new, there are no fingerprints in the database. The first TWO fingerprints enrolled will become "Administrators", namely ADMIN 1 and ADMIN 2 On first power up unit automatically enters the ENROLMENT MODE emitting the tone (dit dit dit dit). -

These batteries should all last at least 6 – 12 months before replacement is required. To replace the batteries: For the BIO-13 and BIO-14 fingerprint readers remove the security screw at bottom of the case using the tool supplied.
