Troubleshooting I cannot pair my headset with my mobile phone - Ensure that your headset power is on and fully charged - Ensure the Bluetooth® setting is activated within the settings of your phone - Ensure the headset is in pairing mode (rapidly flashes blue and red alternately) - Ensure the headset is not out of range of your phone *If the above steps do not solve the problem, please turn off the headset, recharge the headset, and then try again.
