1 NO IGNITION
2 CRACKLING IGNITION
3 SMELL OF GAS
4 SMELL OF UNBURNT GAS AND
BAD COMBUSTION OF THE BURNER
5 CONDENSATION IN THE BOILER
6 COLD RADIATORS IN WINTER
7 POOR HOT WATER SUPPLY
CAUSE
A Gas cock closed
B Lock-out button in lock-out position
C No flame detection
D No ignition spark
E Air inside pipes
F Safety thermostat intervention
G Water not circulating
H Boiler water temperature higher than figure set on the regulation
thermostat
A Irregular flame
B Insufficient or wrongly adjusted gas delivery
A Leak in pipes circuit (inside and outside boiler)
A. Flue section or height with joint not suitable for the boiler
B Excessive gas consumption - combustion state is imperfect
C Flames tend to move away or have yellow tips
A Flue section or height not suitable (excessive size)
B Boiler operating at low temperature
A Summer-winter switch on summer position
B Low adjusted or defective room thermostat
C System or radiators closed
D Circulating pump blocked
E Lack of water warning light on
