EPG (Electronic Program
Guide) Function (In digital
mode)
This system has an Electronic Program Guide (EPG)
to help your navigation through all the possible
viewing options.
The EPG supplies information such as program
listings, start and end times for all available
services. In addition, detailed information about
the program is often available in the EPG (the
availability and amount of these program details
will vary, depending on the particular broadcaster).
This function can be used only when the
EPG information is broadcast by broadcasting
companies.
The EPG displays the program details for next 8
days.

Switch on/off EPG

Press GUIDE to switch on or off EPG.

Select a program

Press Navigation buttons or CH ( ∧∨ ) to select
1
desired program.

NOW/NEXT Guide Mode

You can view a program being broadcasted and
one scheduled to follow.
Button
Red Change EPG mode.
Yellow Enter Manual Timer mode (See p.79).
Blue Enter Schedule List mode (See p.80).
When 'Now' is selected, it is moved to
selected program and EPG disappears.
ENTER
When 'Next' is selected, a reservation
pop-up window appears.
< or > Select NOW or NEXT Program.
^ or v Select the Broadcast Program.
CH (^, v) Page Up/Down.
GUIDE
BACK Switch off EPG.
EXIT

8 Day Guide Mode

Button
Red Change EPG mode.
Green Enter Date setting mode.
Yellow Enter Manual Timer mode (See p.79).
Blue Enter Schedule List mode (See p.80).
When 'Currently broadcasting program
is selected, it is moved to selected
program and EPG disappears.
ENTER
When 'Future broadcasting program' is
selected, a reservation pop-up window
appears.
< or > Select Program.
^ or v Select the Broadcast Program.
CH (^, v) Page Up/Down.
