Conformity with regulations

• The machine has been designed and manufactured in
accordance with:
- Machine directive 98/37 EEC dated 22/06/98.
- The CEM directive 89/336 EEC.
- The European standards:
PrEN 453 – Kneaders – Safety and hygiene regulations.
- The French standards:
NFU 65053 – 1984 Kneaders – integrated safety devices.
• This conformity is attested by:
- The EC conformity mark, attached to the machine.
- The corresponding EC declaration of conformity associated
with the warranty.
- This instruction manual which must be given to the operator.
• Acoustic characteristics:
- The level of acoustic pressure measured according to the
test code EN ISO 11201 is less than 70dBA.
• Safety indices according to the standard EN 60529-1991:
- Electrical controls: IP 55
- Overall Machine: IP 34
• Integrated safety devices:
- The machine has been designed and manufactured in
accordance with the rules and standards applicable to it, as
given above.
- The operator should be trained in the use of the machine
before using it and informed of any possible residual risks .
• Food hygiene:
The machine is manufactured using materials that conform to
the following regulations and standards:
- Directive 89/109/EEC: materials and objects in contact with
foodstuffs,
- Standard prEN1672-2: Machinery for food products.
Requirements relating to hygiene.
- Standard EN 601-1992: cast aluminium alloys in contact with
foodstuffs.
The surfaces of the work zone are smooth and easy to clean.
Use detergents approved for food hygiene adhering to their
instructions for use.
