- Page 7 For best results please use standard RJ-45 connectors and test all cables for proper pin-outs prior to connection to Vaddio products. Step 7: At the head end, connect the Cat-5e cable to the RJ-45 jack on the rear panel Squiggle Quick-Connect Interface labeled “TO VIDEO WHITEBOARD”.

The MAC will be needed as the Ethernet functions are added to the software and for technical support.

Vaddio Customer Service: Vaddio will test, repair, or replace the product or products without charge if the unit is under warranty and is found to be defective. If the product is out of warranty, Vaddio will test then repair the product or products.
