INTRODUCTION Pacer models PT2000 (ºF) and PT2100 (ºC) digital thermometers are accurate, versatile instruments for measuring temperature. They are available with a variety of chromel alumel type K thermocouple probes (see APPENDIX A). These units have cold-junction compensation and are thus quite accurate. -
