Safety Precautions DANGER: DO NOT REMOVE COVER! HIGH VOLTAGE IS PRESENT IN THIS CONTROL. Contact vendor for service. DANGER: If high voltage is present on external temperature sensor from out- side source, high voltage will be present at the control. DANGER: Fire protection and control damage: Replace all fuses with the cor- rect fuse replacement.
The control automatically sets the PID parameters through a "learning" sequence in the tune mode. PID parameters include proportional band, reset/integral, and rate/derivative. The user- friendly LED display is to aid in monitoring and setup of the control. The Oakton model: 89800-01 and 89800-02 controls automatically store all information in non-volatile memory.
