(If you prefer to place the projector on the ceiling, make sure that the ceiling installation is done by a professional installer for safety concerns.)   • Page 19 3.1.2 Selecting Your Input Signal Press the Source button on the projector to open the on-screen display menu to input your input source. Choice: Composite, S-Video, Component, RGB, HDMI Select your input source directly from the remote control. For example, if your input source is Component, press Component on the remote control.
  • Page 20 3.1.5 Adjusting the Vertical Position There are three adjuster feet on the bottom of the projector. These adjuster feet change the image height and projection angle. To adjust the projector, you can turn the adjuster feet clockwise or covert clockwise to obtain the desired vertical position of the projected image.

    4.2 Picture Mode ■ Select the picture viewing mode to fit the type of pictures. Standard Select this for a normal viewing condition. Dynamic Select this for enhanced picture contrast and sharpness. Theater Select this for a soft, film-like picture. You can adjust the picture quality to meet your own purpose and store the settings.
  • Page 23 Brightness Adjusts the lightness or darkness of an image. The higher the value, the brighter the image. Press to increase or decrease the brightness. The default value is 50. The brightness adjusting bar appears at the bottom of the screen and the corresponding result presents to allow you check the result when the value is increased or decreased. Adjusts the range between the darkest and the lightest shades in the image.

Additional Information Ceiling Installation For mounting the projector, it is recommended you check with the original place where you bought this product, or other experienced professional AV stores for a good quality mounting racket. Since the projector is in-haling air from the bottom, it is also suggested to leave at least 30 cm space from the ceiling to the projector for good ventilation.

    Replacing the Lamp After using the lamp about 2,000 hours (normal type), the lamp may be worn out and you may experience problems with the picture image. In this case, it is highly recommended to replace the lamp with a new one. To order a replacement lamp, please consult your nearest dealer. After replacing the lamp, please reset it by pressing the Menu button and choose Initial Setup>Lamp Timer>Reset.
