    ANVÄNDNING Ställ in datum och tid: När displayen är avstängd, tryck och håll in “SET“-knappen (A) ett par sekunder för att gå in i tidsinställningarna. Den blinkande siffran som du kan se i bilden nedan (B) representerar timmar. Tryck på “MEM”- knappen för att ändra siffran.

Om en läkare har diagnostiserat dig med dålig blodcirkulation i din arm/handled, fäst då armbandet på din andra handled istället. Rulla upp din ärm.     INSTALLING AND REPLACING THE BATTERIES • Open the battery compartment lid. • Insert the batteries according to the polarity indications. • Close the battery compartment lid. NB! Always use AAA batteries (2 pcs). Replace the batteries under following circumstances: • When is shown on the display.

    OPERATION Setting Date and Time: When the monitor is OFF, press and hold the “SET” button (A) for 2 seconds to enter the Time Setting Mode. As pictured below (B), the blinking numeral “6” is representing HOUR. Press the “MEM” button to change the numeral.
  • Page 28 OPERATION Tie the Cuff: Remove all accessories (watch, bracelet, etc) from your wrist. If your physician has diagnosed you with poor circulation in your wrist, use the other wrist. Roll up your sleeve to expose the skin. Apply the cuff to your wrist with your palm facing up. Position the edge of the cuff about 1-1.5 cm up on you wrist.

    OPERATION Recalling the Records: Press the “MEM” button to access the memory. Press the “MEM/UP” button or the “SET/DOWN” button to go through the history records. “MEM/UP” to go forward; “SET/DOWN” to go backward. Deleting the Records: During Memory Recalling Mode, press and hold both the “MEM” button and the “SET” button for 3 sec. The display will show “dEL dONE”, indicating that the memory clearing is complete.
