This document describes two simple ways of getting a quick start with MultiQ digital signage using a Media player 4 or Media player 5 combined with a 16:9 widescreen monitor such as the MultiQ 42DS monitor especially designed for digital signage.

11.1 Adding Live TV In many digital signage applications there is a need to add Live TV. In the MultiQ system, streaming is added by using an IP streamer streaming into the local area network. IP streamers are devices with analogue or digital inputs that provide an IP stream including the input audio and video signals.
This is a more advanced exercise that shows the versatility of the MultiQ system when it comes to storing web content on the internal web server and using online content as a part of an in-store TV channel.

17.3 To reset to factory state using the rescue USB stick All data on the MultiQ device will be erased and the device will be reset to factory default for the by the USB stick included firmware version. It is important to power off the MultiQ device before inserting the USB upgrade stick. If you insert the SB stick after the device is running the device will erase the USB stick and use it as extended storage.
