Connect one end of a coaxial cable to the coaxial wall outlet and connect

Connect the power cord to the electrical wall outlet and the "+5V DC IN"

Make sure the channel 3/4 switch on the back of the Digital Adapter

matches the channel on your television. If your Digital Adapter is set to
channel "3", make sure that your television is also on channel "3".
