    Should you pick up a telephone that is on an extension of the telephone line and not connected through the Retell 208 it will not stop the OGM from being played and the call will still be recorded.

    Your Retell 208 can be wall mounted to save space. Fix two screws 136mm apart on the wall you wish to mount the 208. The screw heads must protrude about 7mm from the wall. You can now hook your Retell 208 into the two screw holes on the top of the housing.
