Erasing the Special Message

Preventing Accidental Operation

Slide HOLDc in the direction of the arrow. "Hold" will flash
three times and all the display will go off. You cannot operate any
buttons.
To release hold, slide HOLDc in the opposite direction of the
arrow.

• If you slide HOLDc in the direction of the arrow during playback, the

Precautions
• If you use the HOLD function during recording, you will need to release
HOLD first to stop recording. If you continue recording until the memory
